Our Simple 3-Step Renovation Process
One of the foundations built into Just is simplicity. Navigating through all the technical considerations is challenging for even the most seasoned. Our Design Team will help you with everything you need to make the decision that best suits you and your budget while staying true to the look and feel you want.
Our showroom and product catalogue is stocked with every product sample you will need for your renovation. Cabinet components, flooring, sinks, faucets, light fixtures, ceramic tile, luxury vinyl plank, granite, quartz, paint and so much more….
The Team that will plan and manage the renovations are totally committed to design, then the scope of work definition and work completion. They do this in an accelerated timeline unlike anyone else.
Just integrates all parts of the renovation process thereby eliminating “wait times” for materials or products. None that are outsourced. Kitchen cabinetry manufacturing takes place in our 25,000 square foot plant. We build our own cabinets and control our own timelines. We have the lowest cost base and quickest turnaround times for all kitchen renovation materials.
Inventory – We carry over 1000 products from lights to plumbing and electrical. Holding these products in stock allows us to accelerate the renovation product.
In-House Trades – we have a long-standing and ongoing relationship with over 1000 prequalified Trades. These Technicians work together in a sequence set by our Scheduling Team to make projects progress efficiently.
All of our Renovations come with a dedicated Projected Manager. The Project Manager assigned, along with our Scheduling Team, will build the schedule for your review. Once the job begins, that Project Manager will oversee all the Trades, the quality of work and the progression of the work.
You will have full access to the Project Manager. They will be with the Renovation from the Quotation stage to job close out.
